My story

Frida Lygnegård is a child researcher with over 20 years of experience speaking on stages in both small and large settings.

 

Frida is a certified occupational therapist with a PhD in Disability Research and a master’s degree in public health. Her life's journey is the foundation for her commitment to children’s health and well-being and the implementation of children's rights.

​

Frida was born in India and spent her first year of life in an orphanage. She came to Sweden at the age of one and has, for many years, been strongly dedicated to advocating for the rights of children and young people to be heard and acted upon.

 

Contributing to increased knowledge and understanding of how we can create good and safe living conditions for children and youth  is at the core of Frida's commitment and the foundation of Rakonto - Frida Lygnegård AB.
